I enjoyed how close everything was to me and the late times everything was open till. The Staff were also amazing and really helpful. Ashley/Rebecca checked me in they were very welcoming and quick, Rachel was there for the majority of my stay and was always friendly & made light chatter, Noel who was night shift was very helpful with information and requests and made light chatter also. Staff were excellent to when it comes down to customer service, treated like a person rather than a name in a system.

The room itself was lovely spacious and clean. I liked that there was lots of shops and restaurants right next to the hotel. Some to name marks and Spencer, Sainsbury's, Lidl, pound land, B&M. We had dinner in a restaurant next to the hotel called hallaballoo. The food was beautiful. There was also a fish and chip shop McDonald's and Burger king near by within walking distance. The town was only a 5 min drive also. There was also the jet centre right next to the hotel that has a cinema and more in it for families with children.

Stayed one night with my mum and two children for a quick night away over Easter. Room was lovely and very clean, only thing I would say for 4 people it was a little tight with no space between the beds and little room to move about, however, we still had a great stay and this would not put us off staying again. We ate dinner in the onsite restaurant and the food was lovely and very good value for money, as was breakfast the following morning. We had stayed here previously when it was the Premier Inn and have to say the Ibis have done a great job in modernising the rooms.

We loved this place. It would have to be the best place we stayed at despite paying a lot more in other places that claim to be 5 star. At first I was a bit put off due to being so far out of town. However, that turned out to be a bonus as we could get to places without getting caught up in the town congestion. The hotel is also close, you can walk, to fast food, supermarket, hardware and several other shops.

We went as a family of 5 and it was clean and staff where friendly. It's walking distance to an amusement arcade and McDonald's and there is shops All within walking distance.

I felt welcome ,im a nervous person . The staff made me feel at ease espcially the girl at the desk the day i arrived ,it made the stay more enjoyable . Had a lovely dinner and rhubarb crumble was divine . Breakfast is fantastic ,lots of choice . Rooms tidy and modern and i loved the big tv to watch traitors . Comfy bed . Ovetall enjoyable stay makes me want to go again .

The rooms were beautifully decorated in a modern finish. Beds were big with comfortable mattress and good pillows. The shower was excellent. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Also the room was very quiet with no road noise and good keypad security on corridors for guests so non guests coukd not gain access to rooms. We ate in The Sandpiper restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was very reasonable and delicious. All the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Near to everything, and having restaurant beside was great given that we had no electricity at my Mums (who also stayed one night). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - front desk staff were always smiling to welcome and say hello, staff at the restaurant were fantastic (Angel-Lee, Daniele, and Reese) which is why we went back several times to eat there. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, hot (very) water in shower, quiet (even room facing road were quiet)

Central location to a variety of event locations in Coleraine. Cleanliness of the facilities. Restaurant options in the area, especially the brilliant Sandpiper Bistro [attached] Enjoyed a hearty breakfast and a wonderful dinner experience @ Sandpiper.
